New OpenPrintTag Spool

Since October 2025, every Prusament spool ships with a redesigned reel featuring a fully rewritable NFC tag based on the open OpenPrintTag standard. It stores the key material data right on the spool, works fully offline, and can be read with the Prusa mobile app — no cloud dependency, and open for anyone to build on.

Available Options

Prusament PLA comes in a wide range of colors, including special finishes like Galaxy, Mystic, and Pearl variants, plus a recycled rPLA line made from production waste with natural pigments for a matte, subtle look. Choose between a standard 1 kg spool or a refill (spool-free) option for less packaging waste on repeat orders.
