The printer Raise3D Pro3 is equipped with an independent modular extruder with a double extrusion structure. This allows the Raise3D Pro3 to print with a variety of filaments, while reducing the potential for clogging, and allowing easy disassembly and replacement of components, reducing machine downtime. The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who often need to switch from normal/non-abrasive to abrasive materials requiring different nozzle types, or for users who want to print at higher speeds and use different nozzle sizes. They are designed with a click and lock mechanism that requires no tools and each is uniquely identified to track and record nozzle usage time.
Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air in the room. As long as it operates within the recommended temperature range, the Air Flow Manager ensures the stability of the temperature in the room, which translates into better repeatability of top quality results, independent of the external conditions.
Raise3D Pro3 has a built-in smart assistance system known as EVE. As with 2D printing, the EVE Assistant can help users pinpoint and troubleshoot issues that could affect the final print job. It also has a feature that analyzes printer usage and sends users reminders for scheduled interventions to ensure printer maintenance is performed on time. Raise3D is the first company in its segment to introduce such a feature, once again taking the usability of professional 3D printers to the next level.
