ApolloX is UV- and weather resistant and thus great for outdoor and automotive applications. It combines a high heat resistance with a superb impact strength.
ApolloX is an industrial-grade ASA filament enhanced with five other polymers and modifiers. The material prints with a precision comparable with injection molding. It exhibits a perfect first- and interlayer adhesion and 3D prints without warping. For larger objects, we recommend printing in a heated chamber.
ApolloX profiles are available on the Ultimaker Marketplace. ApolloX is an approved and validated partner material.

General printing guidelines *
Nozzle size: ≥ 0.15mm | Layer height: ≥ 0.1mm | Adhesive: EasyFix Nr. I |
Print temp: ± 230 – 280° C * | Fan speed: 0 – 50% | Experience level: Intermediate |
Heat bed: ± 90 – 110° C * | Enclosure: Yes, 40° C |
*) Above displayed settings are meant as guidance to find your optimal print settings. These ranges in settings should work for most printers, but please do feel free to experiment outside these ranges if you think it is suitable for your printer. There are a lot of different type of printers, hot-ends and printer offsets that it is extremely difficult to give an overall one-size-fits-all setting.
*)When using high speed printing, the above displayed settings will likely need to be adjusted accordingly.
Strong adhesion
ApolloX is an engineering-grade material. It is recommended to use an adhesive on your build plate as a protective layer. We recommend to use EasyFix Nr. I as buildplate adhesive. For large(r) prints we recommend to 3D print in a heated chamber.
